Sukhjit Singh Sukhjit has over 15 years of experience in software engineering and executive consulting experience and have developed business-critical, scalable and reliable infrastructures. Sukhjit hold a MS in Program Management of Software Systems Development and a Bachelors in Computer Science from California State University - East Bay. |

Raj Dhinsa Raj is a Strategy Planning Manager for Wells Fargo's Internet Services Group. His function is charged with strategic planning, operational planning, internal strategic communications, and leading key strategic initiatives based around the Internet channel. Raj has held several key roles at Wells Fargo including managing team's responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and deploying consumer facing solutions. In addition, he has led numerous project management teams that utilize project management fundamentals in their daily work routines. With 20 years of experience, Raj's career has provided him the opportunity to work for a broad spectrum of companies, including a large multinational oil company and a technology start-up. Much of his professional career has been spent in financial services in strategy, planning, marketing, project management and finance functions, including stints at Charles Schwab, Ernst & Young and Jupiter Research. Raj holds a BA in Business Economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh. When not at his computer, he enjoys traveling, reading, the outdoors and martial arts training. |

Felicita Saiez Felicita Saiez is an engineering management consultant with over 20 years experience in systems engineering, process improvement, and project management. She is an Adjunct Professor at both DeAnza College and Ohlone College and recently consulted at NASA Ames Research Center on a continuous process improvement initiative. Felicita also serves as the President of Global Institute for Technology & Engineering (GIFTE), an organization dedicated to elevating the status of women in the international technology and engineering workforce. Previously, she was Vice President, Software Engineering-eBusiness Connectivity at WorldRes.com and served as national Vice President of Education for the Society of Women Engineers. Felicita is President Emeritus of the Silicon Valley Engineering Council (SVEC) and has a BS in Aerospace Engineering from Boston University and an MS in Operations Research from Stanford University. |
